This feature will boost the expertise and practicality of every AI-driven answer you receive, allowing your teams to self-service advice and make decisions with confidence.

Here's how the Knowledge Base can take your team's capabilities to the next level.

1. Resources from Veraty


We’ve partnered with top experts to bring you exclusive, expert-written articles on essential topics, from preparing for AI regulations to closing deals with rigorous security requirements. These high-quality insights are automatically woven into Veraty’s responses, giving you trusted, actionable advice that’s tailored to your questions.

Look for the “Knowledge Base” icon on responses for full transparency whenever a Veraty article is referenced, so you know exactly where the advice is coming from.

2. Your Own Internal Docs & Policies


You can now upload your company’s documents and policies directly to the Knowledge Base, securely accessible only within your organization. Veraty’s AI uses these documents to answer routine questions from your team, like “Is this contract language in line with our security standards?” or “ What are our policies for dealing with customer data in this situation?”

With the Knowledge Base, Veraty’s AI now understands your company context at a new level, so your team can stay informed and move faster without digging through endless files or pinging colleagues.
