This month, I'm excited to share some BIG updates to help you collaborate seamlessly with your team and experts in Veraty. Plus we've made some improvements to our AI and addressed some of your feedback. Let's dive in!

Collaborate with your team

Teamwork in Veraty just got a major upgrade. By popular demand, you can now:

✅ Add comments directly inside your documents, and tag your team

✅ Get notified when you're tagged / a document receives comments

✅ Collaborate in the editor with real-time updates

Plus, we've revamped our email and Veraty notifications to make it easy to know when someone needs your input. Whether you're refining policies or reviewing contracts, you're now able to do so natively with your team.

Experts Can Suggest Changes in Your Docs

No more guessing — experts can now make suggested edits directly in your documents. See their recommendations in context, apply changes with one click, and ensure your documents meet the highest standards.

We heard you—it's hard to track the changes AI is making, and you just need clear, targeted improvements. Soon, Veraty's AI will be able to:

Based on Your Feedback: Other Small but Mighty Wins

Keep the Conversation Going with Experts – Now, when you request an expert review, you can continue messaging and sending attachments to provide additional context before an expert starts their review.

Note: Once you request a verification, the AI won’t respond, but your expert will see your full thread history—including any new messages you send.

Smarter AI, Better Answers – We’ve enhanced Veraty’s AI Knowledge Base recall, meaning it now pulls in even more relevant insights when answering your questions. Our latest evaluation shows a 90% success rate, leading to more precise and actionable responses (see example below).
