June 2025: Deep Analysis for Contracts

Hello everyone

We're here with your June product update - and this one's something we've been excited to share for a while. We're thrilled to introduce our new Deep Analysis feature, a powerful new way to get expert-level document reviews inside Veraty. Plus, we’ve shipped a couple of helpful upgrades based on your feedback. Let's dive in.

🔍 Deep Analysis: Your Contract, Expertly Reviewed

Watch Full Demo

When we asked how you approach contracts, we heard the same things again and again:

"I just want to know what this means in plain English"
"What am I actually committing to?"
"Is there anything unusual or risky in this?"

These insights shaped one of our most important features yet—Deep Analysis, now in beta. It does what a great lawyer would: reads your contract or policy start to finish, surfaces what matters, and breaks it down in clear, practical terms. No jargon. No uncertainty. No missed red flags.

Here’s what's included:

  • Plain-language assessment of your document’s suitability
  • 🔍 Commitments from each party, so you know exactly who’s responsible for what
  • ⚠️ Flagged risks and regulatory issues, including anything that’s non-standard
  • 💡 In-line AI suggestions to help you revise clauses with a single click
  • 🎯 Focused interface, so you can tackle one issue at a time—no overwhelm

Deep Analysis is in beta and is available to our Starter & Scale customers. If you're on a free tier and would like to try it, please reach out.

We'd love your feedback, so let us know what you think! Simply attach a document and ask for a review.

🌐 Link Public Documents to Your Knowledge Base

You can now add publicly accessible web pages—like your Privacy Policy or  Terms & Conditions—straight to your Knowledge Base.

Veraty will automatically pull in and reference this information in its work, ensuring your public commitments are always factored in.

🤝 Adobe x Veraty for PDF Support

We've integrated with Adobe to allow Veraty to do a better job importing PDFs into editable drafts or reviews, keeping formatting intact.

This integration is live for document reviews, and will be rolling it out across Knowledge base & message attachments in the coming days

All of these updates are now live in your workspace. As always, if you have ideas or feedback (especially on Deep Analysis!), we’d love to hear what you think.
