December 2024: Templates, Doc Reviews, and More!

It's been a busy few weeks for us at Veraty HQ and we're excited to share with you what we've been up to. Today's edition is jam-packed with new features that we think you'll LOVE (because a lot of you asked for them!). So let's get into it!

Templates

Many of you asked for faster ways to create professional, compliant documents, like NDAs, ISMS policies, contracts, and more. So we've added expertly-crafted templates to help you hit the ground running. Just pick a template, answer a few questions, and you're ready to go.

Why we love them: Templates ensure quality and consistency, and get you to professional-grade documents in <5 mins. Some early feedback from our preview users:

• "This is going to be so helpful for us - now, my team can work off of templates in Veraty rather than chasing each other for the latest version"

• "We're going to use this to do all our ISMS policy docs - thank you!"

• "It gives me a lot of confidence knowing the documents I create in Veraty have already been vetted by an expert"

Document Review

One of the most common requests we get is, "can I upload a document I'm working on and get it reviewed?". Now, we have a specific "Review Document" experience to help you do just that. Simply upload your document and question, and Veraty will perform an initial review. Make changes directly in the document editor, or request an expert's review by clicking "Get Advice".

Why we love this: It's an easy and intuitive way to bring your existing documents into Veraty, and pick up where you left off.

Coming next: This is only the beginning! Expect more advanced review features in the future, like checking against approved company versions, getting suggestions for improvements, and more.

Organisational Improvements

Last but not least, we've also rolled out some organisational upgrades, based on your feedback, to make Veraty easier and more delightful to work in:

Documents Tab: You told us how important documents are to you, so we've moved all your document workflows to one place. In the Documents Tab, you can now:

• See all the documents you've created or reviewed

• Create new documents with AI

• Create new documents from a Template

• Review documents

Queries Tab: We're keeping a dedicated space for quick questions and ad-hoc conversations

Rename Threads: Simply open the thread and click on the title to edit it

Pin Threads: Pin your most important threads to the top for easy access
